Andrea began her real estate investing journey in 2004, buying and renovating 2 homes in the Bay Area of California in her first year.
Once the real estate crisis of 2008 hit, her team helped homeowners who were upside down on their mortgage by negotiating with banks to purchase the home before they foreclosed.
Her passion is helping people so she often paid for moving expenses and put these homeowners into a credit repair program so they could some day own a home again.
Along with homesteading rural land, her newest passion is building swimming ponds.
Marisa has been an educator for 27 years. She taught middle school history, was an 8th grade advisor and middle school council director. She loves middle school kids and uses a lot of humor to wrangle them in.
She also runs a successful vintage clothing business for the last 40 years.
Having grown up in a big city, Marisa began to yearn for a simpler more rural life so she joined forces with her sister to create Hare Family Land.
She brings her love of helping people and business skills to keep things running smoothly and on time.
